Shop Loyalty Rewards.
1 Point = $1 spent, excludes Specials, Promo’s or low margin lines like bread, milk etc
100 Points = $5.00
Award dollars can be used for any purchase and at anytime in the shop only, up to a maximum of 1000 points ($50.00) then use it or lose it applies.
Change over policy; 10% Discount on partially full or full loyalty stamp card once only.
Points or Loyalty dollars can be redeemed at anytime.
We reserve the right to cancel loyalty cards or change awards values without notice.
NB; Shop Rewards & Web Orders Awards cannot be transferred.
There is no obligation for any business to have loyalty programs, and there are no requirements by the commerce commission to abide any rules. It is purely up to the business owners or operators on what they want to offer their customers. Please respect the company and staff with our loyalty awards program.

Availability
All orders are supplied subject to product availability. Due to the nature of Organic Produce supply can be eratic.
Payment
All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars (NZD), inclusive of GST. Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). Goods will not be released until receipt of payment. Direct Debits and Online banking please call us to make the appropriate arrangements.
Payment by Credit Card
If you are a regular web customer your personal details will be kept on file.
Please note: Your Credit Card Details are always ENCRYPTED.
Delivery
We will not be liable for failure to deliver when delay has been due to causes beyond the control of Naturally Organic Ltd, but we will do our best to advise you if we know of any problem.
Please indicate any delivery instructions, eg where to leave the goods if you are not home (under a tree, at the back door). If a customer is not home to take delivery of the goods, the goods shall be left at the delivery address.
Perishables
Due to the nature of some foods (Meat products and other goods requiring chilling We can send the goods in a chilly bin for addition cost of $4.00
Refunds
Our policy on goods you are not satisfied with - phone us and explain and we will credit your account. Any claims must be made within 24 hours.
